Refurbishment
The reconditioning process is managed by rigorous technical procedures to ensure optimum system performance and reliability. Each single component undergoes a meticulous physical and functional check. Refurbished servers offer performance equivalent to that of new servers.
On-site warranty
All server models come with a 3-month guarantee and NBD 5x7 on-site service throughout Switzerland. The guarantee can be extended to 3 years renewable NBD 5x7 or with mission critical level 4h/7/365.
Software
Before shipment, the server selected by the customer is updated with the latest available firmware and exhaustively tested in its final configuration. Certified formatting of the hard disks is then carried out.
O.S. taken in charge
The server models on offer all support the latest versions of the most popular operating systems: Vmware, Citrix, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Linux KVM, Linux Suse, Linux RHEL (RedHat), Debian, Fedora, CentOS.
